Need 1 Polo with a Jpeg logo put on it - Best option?

I am trying to get 1 simple white polo with a custom logo I have in a Jpeg put on it.
My initial research proves that many places require a minimum order or have some other wacky $$ upcharge for logos.
Anybody aware of a way to do this reasonably and cheaply?

Custom ink will do it, will be fairly expensive

If you want any sort of quality, I'd recommend not using a jpg
