I did not read through all pages bur frick the haters man. That is complete BS if it is his first offense, especially if he is a kid (under or close to 18) truly heartbreaking. If there is any silver lining to take from it is maybe he will never mess around with drugs again.

No way someone gets 90 days for a misdemeanor. Even Florida, the only state which less than an ounce is a felony, is that a 90 day sentence. That's not a felony anywhere.
What is did he do? What kind of priors does he have? It makes a huge difference.
I might have bought this bs story if he'd have said hash or other concentrates. But from a Colorado smoker, that's been through the system as a kid on the south. This is as real as Pam Anderson's tits.
Right now, I'm smoking pork butts on my smoker, and legally purchased Pineapple Chunk in my pipe. But at least come up with a legit scenario to spark a discussion
