That is very poorly written. "It's" should never be abbreviated, no should any abbreviations be used in a paper. There are run on sentences and choppy sentences. These things should have been learned in 8th grade. Please edit it for him and make it sound more professional. It often sounds like he is writing as he would talk.

Randall is making Baskin-Robbins look good. They really should have a day where 5% of their proceeds go to hooking him up with some wheels.
