My body declared war on me today

Went to sleep just fine yesterday, only abnormal thing is massive dumps. Woke up about 2 or so this morning with those rotten egg/sulfur burps. My stomach would gurgle and then it would taste like how I'd imagine a rotten egg tastes. From past experiences that's a huge warning sign my body is giving me that shites about to hit the fan.
Sure enough, a couple hours later I'm hunched over the toilet puking my guts out. Over and over. It goes from actually throwing stuff up, to throwing up the swig of water I would swallow after the last round, to just dry heaving with a little snot thrown in for good measure.
Pretty much slept all day, constantly sweating, and occasionally nauseous. I know..dear diary, but damn this sucked.

Bruh I had this happened to me like twice as a kid.

Stomach flu going around bud.
I mixed water 50/50 with sprite and chugged it when I wasn't puking.
Bad news, the flying shits go dormant for about 6 days and return with furious anger.
