This case doesn't make any sense. Why was she so decomposed? Why wouldn't he take his dick out of her mouth as soon as she passed out?

Or the dumbest prosecutors. I don't think the state had much of a case, outside of some fairly damning circumstantial evidence, to go after murder 1/death penalty in that case.
