Mugshot of the year - Man faces felony after throwing book bag on postal vehicle

FWIW. This nut case has been freaking his neighbors out and marching around the neighborhood in winter clothes lately. After the incident with the Postal worker he barricaded himself in his house and got into a standoff with SWAT. I would say that the charges are just a way of keeping him detained until a mental evaluation.
