Summer "Teeth" Adamson, 30, had been pulled over after someone reported she smashed their car window, according to WBBH. Deputies said they spotted a syringe and heroin on the seat beside her.
Adamson is charged with drug possession, smuggling contraband into jail and tampering with evidence. She's in the Collier County jail on $22,000 bond.
