NO, BR, Laffy, Shreve, Lake Chuck?

Female wants to live in Louisiana.

I'm thinking Shreve may be the smallest culture shock since I'm from Texas but interested in hearing the OTs opinion on the friendliest of these areas.

Ruston hands down the friendliest people. Hour from S'Port and 25 min. from Monroe.
