I'm heavier than the average for my height. I'm 5'8 and I was at 201. I dropped to 179 within 4 1/2 weeks. I started hitting the gym and am back up to 183 with most of my six pack back. My goal is to get back to 200 in muscle since apparently my frame can handle it.
From August-November of '11 I lost 44 lbs. I have to see a cardiologist every 6 mos. at my August visit I weighed 196. She said by my Feb. visit, she wanted me half way to 150. When I weighed in Nov. I was 152. All I did was cut back to 2 meals a day and whenever I thought about getting something out of the snack machine, I would skip getting something every other time.
I went from 230 a year ago to 190 right now (I'm 6'2 btw) I used to not be very active. Now I'm always working, at school, or golfing. Vyvanse also helped me control my appetite so I do don't eat snacks anymore.
