The guy speaking to him is Rob Riggle. He is a comedian, but also a U.S. Marine. He retired after 23 years at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

The new commercials have had the opposite result I would think they wanted. I don't buy their beer. With the old guy, I sometimes did.

It seems like a spoof of the originals, except they are serious. One of the fads of today's "diversity" is pretending ugly jacked up looking people are attractive, so they went in that direction.
