Most distracted drivers on the road

I'm going with cops. Now this has taken some serious thought power to come up with my answer. Imo cops have to much equipment in their car which is causing distractions and holding the officer up from doing his job.
Computers, radio, cellphones, radar, video camera, recorder and walkie talkies are in every cops car these days. Not to mention their job is to watch the road.
Imo all these items which were put in use to make the cops job easier has not. If anything it hampers the cops job. If you have cops the basics ex flashlight, handcuffs, whistle then less mistakes would be made. Fewer civilians would die and the world as a whole would be better

I see cops watching videos, shows, movies, etc on their idpads/laptops while driving all the time.

This is still the most terrifying sight for me while operating a motor vehicle.
Just to clarify, I mean a girl with a phone behind the wheel.
Not the girl herself.
She's actually pretty pleasant to look at.

Used to be Asians, now it's 30 something housewives with the texting.
I pass way too many swerving SUV's on Airline highway every morning and night.
At night, almost every driver's seat is glowing from a soccer mom on her iPhone.

Black women and it's not even close. I guess they aren't really distracted just don't give a damn about following the basic rules of the road

Man no I'm not a cop. I have a buddy who is. He watches Netflix all the time. Has a new snapchat update for every stupid thing he does. He raced a cop in a cop car while he was off duty. Cops are not the brightest. Maybe we should take away some of their shinny objects

I drive to the Northshore on the Causeway every day. There is a guy in a grey Altima that is either reading the newspaper while driving, or on special occasions his iPad

Women (16-50 years of age), either staring down texting/or looking at their phone, wrangling children, or talking on the phone (even blue tooth womenz seem ultra distracted).

You know if some on here are to old enough to remember. But they did have cell phones 30 yrs ago and you never heard anything bout how much more of a distraction they were compared to eating, lighting up a cigarette or turning the station on you radio.
