Does James Harden or JJ Watt have a bigger fan base in Houston?

JJ Watt has a bigger following in Sandusky Ohio than Harden has in Houston. And that's not a slight to Harden.

Umm I would say it is neck and neck. Not sure why people are laughing. Football is a more popular sport, but the individual marketing is 20x as big in basketball

JJ Watt is arguably the best player in the NFL. James Harden is maybe top 5. Football is at least twice a popular as the NBA. This really isn't close.

I don't know, but Harden just signed one helluva shoe deal with Adidas. It's unbelievable the money these companies pay basketball players to wear their damn shoes.

Would largely depend on who you ask in houston. Ask a black kid, its definitely harden.

And Harden was second in MVP voting, so arguably the best as well

It is very close. Football is more popular, but the top players in basketball are always marketed individually waaaaay more than an NFL player. NBA is a player driven league, the NFL isnt
