I would say the Pyramids, but the Jews and aliens built them, so I'm going with the Great Wall.

And, you can see them from space.

I've been inside them and maybe 8-10 others. They are truly amazing.

Especially the polished base stones that were covered with sand and did not get drug off like the rest of the covering stones. The disappearance of the door mechanism is interesting too.

Aliens, bruh. They needed an extra on the space ship.

Why'd they use shitty rock to build them and not some cool alien metal or something like that?

stone structures last a lot longer than metal structures, baw

Scholars speculate aliens used a zero point energy blaster for this, obviously technology not available then.

750,000 slave workers.

In all likelihood, it was built by a professional class of builder, as the stone building infrastructure (the first in recorded history) developed to satisfy the various Pharaohs desire to engage in stone building and monument construction.

Based on current scholarship - IF they were slaves building the pyramids, they were the best fed, most lavishly treated slaves of labor in history. They created new systems and new ways of doing things, but this was a professional, middle-class, expert labor pool doing this construction. There might have been a cohort of slaves for some of the really heavy jobs, but the forming of all the precise blocks and their placement (really, the largest, most painstaking, timeconsuming parts of the project) - in all likelihood - was done by this professional class of builders and masons. It is covered pretty thoroughly in the Harvard Magazine article already linked earlier in the thread.

I imagine an incredible engineer built them. There is so much mathematics & universal ratios at play with them, it is hard to imagine anyone back then being able to design them. Much less get them funded cause even slaves have to be fed.

Ancient astronaut explorers likely provided technical assistance since they would not be hauling building materials across the solar system.

And, I've been researching whether the ancient aliens were actually temporal travelers. The theory starts with Roswell with suggestions that the life forms that were found were humans 1000's of year from now rather than life from another planet.

And, Einstein proved that travel through time was possible.

How do you know that khan wasn't alien offspring?

Pyramids gets my vote though, aliens or not

Exactly, and there was no such contemporary engineer at that time. No one "back then" designed the pyramids.

The fact that we can't build one that precise today should tell you a lot.

So we can build the things like the Large Hadron Collider but you don't think we could build the Pyramids just as precisely as the Egyptians?

Tap the brakes - you mean watching H2? Or are you actually reading some of the nonsensical, Coast to Coast AM-type books?

That's a good point, but the technology/engineering capacity to reproduce such precision (the alignment of the sides, the joints in the stone that, 1000s of years later, you cannot insert a playing card, and so forth) didn't reemerge until the 20th Century. That alone is pretty impressive.

Yes, the Great Wall is a feat unto itself, but more on the surveying side (a pure, practical, applied engineering feat they did without GPS, without laser surveying equipment, just on good old fashioned Chinese "know how"). But, at the end of the day it is a large, linear wall - similar to things built all over the world, certainly by Bronze and Iron age civilizations.

The Pyramids were at the beginning of known civilization. There was a rapid accumulation of knowledge that was lost for centuries - maybe millennia - which gives rise to the alien conspiracy types. Their scope, their time in history, their geometric precision - just the logistical challenge they posed to design, much less build is pretty amazing, even to a jaded, 21st Century mind.

Dr. Bruce Goldberg
"Time Travelers From Our Future"

If this is true, it would explain a lot of stuff.

There is no doubt they are beyond impressive and I wasn't taking anything away from them, all I was saying is we could build them today if we wanted with the same precision and that is a fact.
