Are they going to pick you up and move around while you are going, or would they park? Parking would be a huge hassle I would think?
How many toilets can they fit in one vehicle? I'd think two or 3 right? I don't know how much expansion there would be, but I could definitely see a couple working.
Paris has all kinds of permanent pay toilets, but they are like .40 euros.
