WWBI? LINK

quote:

....realtor/builder Joni Langle said the backyard is mainly occupied by a pool that was custom built by Langle Design and the team at Schlitterbahn. “The pool is expansive; it has three different sections,” she said. “They are all interconnected.” Pool features include slides, a swim-up bar, vanishing edges, caves and a spa.

Another unique Major League feature is a full-size, indoor batting cage. The main house spans 8,794 square feet and includes five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two fireplaces and balconies throughout. A guest house with one bedroom and one bathroom is adjacent to the garage.

The small teebox (on the basketball court) is awesome, I wonder if he owns the property below or if someone else is the recipient of random golf balls all over their land?

I'd want more land.

He has zero yard.

I'm not paying $3.1 mil to live right next to someone.

The inside has a Tuscan look to it with all that stone work. Beautiful house.

Just called my realtor and put in a bid. I low-balled it with the price of oil being what it is.

As long as he'd tell me what was said between him and Bonds when they fought.

Dude's made $86 million LINK and lives in a $3 million house.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess your house costs more than 4% of your total earnings to date. I suspect he should be okay.

Am I just clueless on stuff like this, or does $3.1M seem kinda low for that?

I spent a lot of time in that house. I did all the programming for the automation systems. All of the landscape lighting, pool system, hvac, curtains, A/V system. It's all controlled through a touch screen remote that looks like a tablet. I was there for about 3 weeks getting it all programmed and tested.
In all that time, I never once met Jeff Kent.

Instead of golf balls his neighbors should be worried about wild pitches because that looks like an indoor pitcher's mound to me.

*checks checking account*

Nope.

Jeff Kent was the biggest douche to play for the Astros just in case you were wondering.
