The small teebox (on the basketball court) is awesome, I wonder if he owns the property below or if someone else is the recipient of random golf balls all over their land?

I spent a lot of time in that house. I did all the programming for the automation systems. All of the landscape lighting, pool system, hvac, curtains, A/V system. It's all controlled through a touch screen remote that looks like a tablet. I was there for about 3 weeks getting it all programmed and tested.
In all that time, I never once met Jeff Kent.

Instead of golf balls his neighbors should be worried about wild pitches because that looks like an indoor pitcher's mound to me.
