Mississippi River rising fast

It's rising 14 feet within the next three weeks. Crest projection 43' without any future rain forecast. The high was 47' feet in 2011.

No snow up North. It's all coming down now instead of Spring melt

As of DEC 23 2015, the high for BTRL1 is 33.1 on 1/9. It goes out to 1/20.

Last row of the 5 day forecast shows crest level and date. 43' on 18th. I'm hoping its a typo as we have camp at Old River

This will hopefully help us out for the spring time. This year the water remained high until the beginning of August due to the rains and spring melt

The 5 day is dated DEC 25, two days later than the 28 day, and there's a 13 foot difference between the 1/18 levels. That's a pretty big discrepancy, but WTH do I know.

That's why I'm hoping some screw up. Yesterday it showed the crest at 37'. Today its 6'higher

I doubt it'like get higher than it did this summer. Chicken littles freak out every time the river rises
