50% more than the next expected raise (i.e. 15% increase if you expect a 10% raise at your current job).
eta: I would go buy your average gross pay, including bonuses, commission, etc., when making the determination. If your salary is 80k now, but you averaged 20k in bonuses or commission, then you would want the percent increase based on your total pay.

All things being equal probably 25% as I have a lot of long term percieved worth with the current company. Not saying I can't build this with a new company, but there is risk if I fricked up something at the start. With my current company, I could probably kill a stripper and they wouldn't fire me.

Based on this info, I probably wouldn't even consider until 20%. Sometimes you don't realize you're in a great position until it's too late, so in the least there should be an attractive carrot dangling on the other side to chase.
