Close to my neighborhood as well. Now, where the hell is Tilitson Rd? I've never seen it and can't find it in a map. Is it just some family dirt road?

This is less than a mile away. I drove up on this during a delivery on Good Friday in 2013.

I saw the dead dude sprawlt out on driveway.

Probably drug related. That area is ghetto for Ascension Parish standards aka culcha

I can tell you that Pizza Delivery Drivers don't get much tippage in that area.

FWIW, That Marchand murderer lived RIGHT down the road where it turns to Aikens

Marchand Murderer's Street.

No. It's just kinda ghetto. Decent people in the houses. Just usually a nephew or a bad apple son who causes trouble.

Not a dangerous area to deliver like Bishop Woods or Roy Rogers for example(PJs will drive straight through those streets en route to other deliveries).
Just not good tipping area which is uncommon for Pville now that Lynch Rd Trailer Park has been razed.

It's spelled Tillotson. Media can't get it right. I've seen 3 different spellings in different articles.

West Road runs along the side of Prairieville Middle, then dead ends at the intersection with Tillotson and Aikens. If you turn left on Tillotson the homes are fairly nice and well maintained. Not so much the case if you turn right onto Aikens. (At least Aikens was like this a few years ago. I avoid that part of the street).

Prairieville desperately needs it's own PD or district of APSO dedicated to just Pville/Geismar. Those guys/gals are stretched way too thin for that much real estate.

Most of that general area is like that. I know 929 from Airline to 42 you may have an old rundown trailer next to a very nice looking house.
