No, it isnt. He committed a crime. It is simple. When someone is handcuffed and no threat, and being held back by another man, and you then hit her in the face and kick her, you have committed a crime. Being a cop doesnt change that

He should have just shot her, right? Don't pose a physical threat to a cop, and you won't get shot. When we finally allow cops to just start shooting random people who smart mouth them or even look at them funny, this country will be a better place. Cops should be allowed to be judge, jury and executioner. I'm glad there are law and justice people like you in the world, Ham.

He retaliated after she assaulted him. The video proves that.

Ok, I watched the video. There wasn't much to the kick.

Still, the totality of her behavior, spitting and using the "N" word is enough for me to be ok with her crazy arse getting knocked down a few pegs.

Bet it shut her up and calmed her belligerent, spitting, cursing, kicking arse down a bit as well.

And yeah, officer deserves some punishment as well.

If you assult a cop you should expect to be assaulted by said cop.

It's very simple.

Exactly! And if he'd just shot her, there would have been no problem either. A 100lb. woman ankle kicked a 200lb. man. He just retaliated. That's all.

Cop should have charged her with assaulting a police officer and let the court handle it. Cops can't be judge, jury and executioner.

And the cop should then be charged with assault and the city will owe money. That is very simple as well

Agreed. Like I said, they should be allowed to be judge, jury and executioner, just like the good Lord intended. It's very simple!

After she comitted a crime. Isn't assult on a law enforcement officer a felony?

Her crime was worse than his.

It's very simpleminded that's for sure. The appropriate reaction is to charge her with assault, not to assault her. You have to be trolling.

She committed a crime, then he committed one

I think he actually comitted the further degree of assault. He caused injury, she did not
