"black people" is a term used to describe a population where the overwhelming majority of youth (at least here in the south) embrace a culture of violence, drugs, rap, dropping out of school, etc.

This is a culture issue not a color issue. And I'm speaking of the culture of a group of people who refer to THEMSELVES as "black people or African Americans. They aren't shy about labeling themselves and their culture.

Again, these ideas are born from the fact that the majority of a group acts a certain way. It's not all inclusive, as nothing in life is.

Get off you moral high horse. They act the way they act because of their family situation, cultural beliefs, and role models. NOT because of anything the white man did to them.

I think we can all agree most of these problems stem from the family structure of poor black society.

Why are there more black single mothers than any other race?

Is it a poverty issue? No.

When the slaves were freed were there any factors that made black men leave their families high and dry? No.

This is the result of a culture of self centerdness, selfishness, and entitlement that has developed as a result of their own doing. An issue that the black community never wants to address. They want to blame everything else but themselves.

part of it is a belief that as a whole the white people live the life o'reily

as a race, i can see being bitter at people that speed past their neighborhoods and pretending they don't exist. they probably wonder why everything's being built in st. bernard parish and not in the lower 9th ward for example...

that's why they go into white neighborhoods. i wonder if the pences happened to be black how this might have turned out

but white people aren't blameless. as much as we perceive it's us against them when we move out to the metairies and mandevilles of the world, they pick up on that

I truly believe it is legitimate. Beth's husband was from Michigan as are the people who started it.

I would be down for a prayer vigil in front of the Pence house.

This is a hate crime. All the blacks getting killed by White police in the commission of a crime has thugs just itching to kill a white person just for bragging rights. He pulled the trigger strictly for that reason. Would not be surprised if it comes out in the trail he had already told friends about the crackers he crushed.
