You have to take it off, unless you want to scratch the shite out of your ring.

I guess if you are just using machines with rubber handles/grips like the ladies at my gym it isn't an issue...

White gold band here. It's gotten good and scratched over the years but I like it that way. Gives it character.

I got mine for like $25 on overstock.

Think it's Tungsten.

Lost my first one. Spent a few hundred on a white gold one.

I have a polished tungsten band that looks similar to white gold. Cheaper and more durable, unless you drop it.

White gold.

Tungsten is too heavy on your finger. And matching up your other jewelry/watch with yellow gold can leave you looking like a chach.

It's got some minor scratches but you can bench without banging up your ring.

Got my titanium band on eBay or Amazon for $13. It's light and durable, which is what I wanted. Also, won't GAF when I lose it.

Expensive jewelry is for vagina people.

My wife got me this black "athletic" one. It's kinda got a matte look to it. Not sure what it's made out of but it's comfortable. I think it was like $20 on amazon or something.

I had a white gold one before and I hated it. I kept scratching it and taking it off. I like this a lot better.

Exactly what I have. $26 shipped off amazon. I lost it some time in the third year, went back to order history, had an identical one primed to my house two days later. Wore the new one for a couple of weeks, then found the old one.

I wear an artisinal piece I had made that matches my wife's.

Sterling silver, floral design that resembles late 19th century filigree.

No, I'm not joking.

Entire setup cost me under 600$ and I will never see a matching ring on anyone's hand.

Sterling silver because the wife is allergic to the white gold bullshite and we aren't guidos so yellow gold is out.
