Men's restroom etiquette question.

You have three urinals to choose from. The one on the left is the short one. The middle and right urinal are normal height. There's only person using the urinal already and he is on the right urinal. Which do you use?

I was the guy in the right stall and the man who entered skipped the far stall to be next to mine. He said I had a nice watch so at least he was nice.

This is a no brainer.
The better question: 2 urinals with one being used -- do you grab the other urinal or use a stall?
Stall for me but I think my threshold for a stall is lower than most.
