Do you make it a point to wish them happy birthday? I just can't keep up with dates very well, it's all I can do to keep up with my immediate family.

facebook makes this too easy. I text very close friends a "Happy Birthday" but other than that I don't do anything.

no...If there is a date that I have to remember, I typically put it on my outlook calendar at work so I get a reminder...

Probably my 5-6 closest friends.

If I see one of the others I'll tell them for sure.

I only know one, but that's because it's the same day as my dad's. But even then I don't go out of the way to wish him a happy birthday.

Nope. I don't know my best friend for 25 years birthday, other that it's in Nov or Dec.

I have a tiered system.

Facebook message certain people if I happen to catch it.

Text some that I have saved in my calendar on my phone.

Call the most important friends, 5 or so really good friends that were in my wedding or are a godfather to my kids.

The calendar thing helps and if you have Facebook, you can integrate it to your phone's calendar. I also have my anniversary saved that way.
