Where is the best place to advertise a mechanic supervisor position to get the word out. Looking for someone with diesel experience to run our equipment shop.

Find out how much they are paying the top mechanic at a reputable dealership, then get call that guy on the phone and offer him a job with better pay.

Just as long as you make it known that it's entry level position requiring 5 yrs experience. Prospective candidates LOVE that requirement
