Damn, Kip going off on WBRZ. Saying Sid trying to show who the bigger man is. Kip is pissed about the unintended consequences for businesses..curfew, deliver groceries, hotels.

Don't live in EBR but my two cents is the sheriff may have wanted the curfew because most of the resources may be wearing thin. This way he can have a skeleton crew at night to give most some rest.
