Quite a bit.

It's simply freedom, and with only one life to live, being constrained to someone else is kind of sad.

That's not to say it's all bad though.

Finances easier, children are all we really leave behind, you should obviously have a best friend in your partner.

There is an excitement about being able to go out every night though, meet new girls, etc.

very little

any married man is lying if they say they never daydream about their single days, but even if my marriage ends miserably in the future, my marriage brought me my daughter, which is the greatest thing to ever happen to me, so no, I don't and will never regret it

I don't like to think about it but I do sometimes. Me and my wife most likely will not be able to have kids. So that just leaves us 2 for the rest of our lives. That's a long time. Sometimes you just feel like wanting to do your own thing, not have to always tell somebody what your doing and where your going.

to my 1st wife....yes. but i learned a lot. i was younger when i first got married. i stayed single (relatively speaking) for 13 years and enjoyed being able to do what i want, who i want, when i want.

however, i'm somewhat of a traditionalist\old school, so there were holidays and summer trips i took that i thought, it would be nice to have a wife\family with me right now.

after being single for that long, i finally met one that pretty much aligned with me. its been 4 years and i am still completely happy, as are my kids.

so to answer your question, yes and no. lol yes to #1 and no to #2.

I wish I could get married so I'd have something to do besides working and drinking. "Oh you booked us two spots at that gay drink wine and paint shite place? Good I didn't have anything else to do."

Maybe I'll think differently once my friends start getting divorced

17 years and no regrets. sure, i get selfish at times, but I also outkicked my coverage and I know that.

We're also aligned on matters involving our kids and faith. It helps when you significant other and you are pointed in the same direction.

Not a bit. Do I remember when I was single, of course I do, every guy does. I don't regret getting married. My wife and I love each other and she has given me three beautiful children.

Not yet but it's only been a couple of years. I got married later in life and chose very carefully. Plus, my wife is open to the concept of a threesome so just knowing that makes me feel less freaked out about having only one vagina for the rest of my life.
