Description says the riders were throwing to friends so I see nothing wrong withe amount thrown. The only problems I see is that the float was stopped for 7 minutes and it's Golden Meadow.

I was told no that these guys were all friends with the people in the crowd, but there is one float in GM that had the ppl yanked off
