Man shot in face in Kenner

Has north Kenner typically been that bad recently? I remember a time when Kenner South of I10 was the part to stay away from.

north kenner has always had some dicey pockets.

Overall north Kenner is pretty decent area. But there's a couple of sketchy areas...mostly 4 plex or apartment buildings in the sketchy areas.

I was near power and west esplanade earlier around one and I saw quite a few Kenner police fly by. I just figured they were back-up for a brake-tag stop.
