Bars are held liable for drunks who get into accidents after leaving they premises. Why is this any different?

worst part about it is, if it goes before a jury, they will see it as "the big, bad, casino took advantage of the little guy" and will likely rule in his favor...
my bet is, the casino will settle and write the debt off just to keep it out of court...

I was not let into a casino last summer for this exact reason.
Guy actually said "you are too drunk to gamble."
I went to the back entrance and proceeded to lose money, but this really happened.

frick Casinos, those scumbags don't allow people to legitimately calculate their chances against the house and force people to stop playing when they "win too much."
