Seems pretty dumb that you don't own any then.

Well, maybe you should go back to school or demand some money back from whomever taught you all that policy.

but how does that actually affect the credit card owner. pretty sure it doesnt.

exactly. I've never had a single fraud issue on the hundreds of transactions I've done online in the past 15 years...and if I do, I am going to get my money back from the CC or bank based upon their policy

So let's see who else thinks it's not viable. LSURussian, who happens to be some sort of monetary consultant. And Bennyandtheinjets who is like some Fed Policy guru in DC

I was just wondering why he wouldn't invest a more round number than an odd small amount.

He invested 150 kronor, which happens to be worth about $27...he didn't just pick the number 27.

I can't stand when some jackleg spouts off about the intricate workings of the Fed and how this is "NEW CAPITALISM".

To be fair though, the business taht you are in would be threatened to an extent if BitCoin were to take over as a mass currency. So your stance against it is pretty biased. That being said, I don't completely disagree with you, but the fact that there is a pretty large online community who value BC greatly (and choose to honor it as valid currency) does mean something. And that community will only get larger, at least for a while.

I can't wait to watch you and Wiki go at it once he sees this thread.

I'm probably incredibly ignorant about this, but wasn't bitcoin invented by some dude where he hid a limited amount and made people "mine" for them?
