I want to do a tour of majority ( or at least 40% +) of Black cities in the South.
I've already got the Louisiana cities down. Any suggestions.

Black cities as in cities in which the population is mostly black? I would have as much interest in doing that as I would wanting to go visit cities that are majority white, just because it is majority white.

Jackson, MS. Just stay away from South and West Jackson and you'll be safe.
