Mail thief proudly skips away after stealing birthday present

The purloined package contained a birthday present for the four-year-old daughter of the resident. CBS San Francisco reports that neighbors are "disgusted" by the woman's actions and have posted the video online in the hopes that someone will recognize the thief.
