go to alexander's market and get you some prime ribeyes.
grill ribeyes to rare or medium rare, salt & pepper only.

People overthink it. I just salt, pepper and garlic powder, sear each side for about a minute and a half on high, finish 3 or 4 minutes each side on medium high.

Done and done.

Went to dinner at a friend's house recently for ribeyes.

He asked me more than once if I wanted A1.

Um...yeah...no thanks. I don't want to ruin a perfectly good piece of meat.

that's less of a testament to his tastes and more of an insult to your appearance. you probably look like the kinda dude that likes A1. i wear stainless steel bracelets with my steinhart and hamilton watches. nobody's asking me for A1.

i don't recall ever owning any A1 sauce....i used to do late night waffle house after drinking and i'd order the t-bone n eggs. that's the only times i've used A1.
