Why do people who lose a ton of weight have normal.looking faces but their bodies have so much loose skin. Is it physics?

The skin on an overweight person is stretched much more around their stomach or waist than their face. It isn't exactly complicated to figure out

For a grown man with children you ask some amazingly stupid questions. Not hating, just an observation.

Some people do have some jowls after they lose the weight, but most don't have that much weight in their faces as compared to midsection, upper arms, etc.

That shite disgust me. Also, their faces sometimes look odd too once they lose a lot of weight.

I learned something about fat cells. Don't know if it's true or not.

Fat cells can multiply and get larger, but the number will never decrease. They only get smaller. Even when you lose the weight, you don't lose the cells, but they get smaller.

Vagina neck is a pretty common occurrence after significant weight loss, too.

Working out two or three times a week can manage the problem well. Need to be doing that while dieting anyway.
