Something around 15 by 15 in the BR/Livingston area. I have come to the OT for advice. Any recommended contractors? Building options? Also looking for a good 24 by 26 carport with a metal roof. Any recommendations?

Aren't all office buildings outdoors?

Nah. I mean a personal office in a standalone building next to my house. Get away from the wife and such.

I guess technically you could build one inside of another building. Like a pepper popper.

Academy has some nice tents. Spend the extra coin and get a LSU one.

Just Google "pre fab sheds". There are all kinds of places that will flier the materials and you just need a level spot and some gravel.

I built a 12x20 unfinished shed for $3200. To finish it out would be about another $1200-$3000 depending how nice you want it and if you want a bathroom or not. Also don't build it 15'x15' you want to go in multiples of 4' it's much easier to frame. I would go 12'x16' or 12'x20'

Is this an office for an existing business or are you getting ahead of yourself with your business plan?

Damn. No quiet space inside? Is she just rampaging with hate through the house like a poltergeist?

So you live in the Baton Rouge/Livingston area?

Just a small suggestion- I would look into consulting an architect first if it's truly standalone. A contractor will get the job done, but it won't look or function as well.
