Looking for a pet camera

My girlfriends birthday is next week and she wants to get a camera that she can check on the new puppy while she's at work. I'm looking at petcube but the reviews are underwhelming and I'm not crazy about dropping 250 bucks on something that doesn't seem like a slam dunk.
I'm open to it not being a pet camera per say. I just need to be able to hook up multiple apple devices to it that can be viewed from miles away.

You can find a simple wifi camera on Amazon for around 35 bucks

Got a D-link PTZ a few years ago that worked fine. Had a speaker and microphone built in and you could login into it with an app from your phone. Nothing sets off a pet like you calling their name while they sleeping and they don't know where you are.

We have the original petcube and like it a lot. The app has gotten a lot better over the years. I think the camera is better now on the newest ones

This is actually a great camera for $13 if you can find them at walmart still. Besides the look, it has 24 hour cloud storage, 2 way mic, even makes a pet highlight reel. I'm going to look into painting mine tk make it look normal

Get the Furbo. you can watch your pet, speak to it, and it even will dispense a treat for them. (make sure its high enough so they dont figure out the treats are inside and destroy it) Furbos customer support is great as well
