Dude was on a golf cart. We have a 7on7 youth squad.
I don't see how the races matter but fwiw I'm white, the kids are black, and the Mexicans have not bothered us at all, it's our third week practicing there.

I find the OP very difficult to believe...
1. There is NO "park staff" - If someone told you that, they were not staff, and were farking with you.
2. The "Mexicans" you speak of could care less who is on the field next to them, unless you were somehow interrupting their game.
3. I and a couple of friends of mine are regular players and have played in the "hispanic" league games on the Gardere fields (speaking of rough area) ...and have never had anything racist said to me.
On the contrary I was offered food and drink.
as far as the "rough" crowds... I did have a Honduran "friend" offer to kill someone if I needed it...but he was really drunk at the time so I don't think he was 100% serious.

You're talking crap man...There is no BREC staff at the park. BRSC - possibly present at the park, but none of the black staff members I know, would tell you that unless you were having a confrontation with the latins.
I don't doubt that "someone" told you "something" which you interpreted to mean what you posted - I just don't know anyone who would tell you what you posted. I'm pretty involved in the BRSC community and while there are always new people being hired, I think I know all of the current black staff members.
