Yeah I drive past you everyday to get to my garage. The parking is horrendous. And, there is constantly someone parked on the wrong side of the road right where you are loading up a truck or some shite.

My experience parking in Capitol Hill was always horrible. I've always had better luck here in Lincoln Park in Chicago (an even denser and more urban neighborhood) than I did in Capitol Hill. I have no idea why it was so bad there, but it sucked. Fremont and Ballard were always much easier.

Broadway between Aloha and Prospect has to be the last unzoned street in Cap Hill, so we get shafted hard all the god damn time. We can only park on this part of the street since we can't get zone 4 passes (or whatever zone this area is). So no one wants to move once they find parking, which makes commuting anywhere even more difficult.

Other than that it's my favorite place I've ever lived. Love this place so god damn much.

Nah, but I haven't been looking. Since this summer passed I've been basically working all the damn time. Leave early and come home late.

The reason is that the whole area is zoned as single family despite the fact there are massive apartment buildings going up. This is a problem in the whole city, it being zoned single family, but it's way worse here. I can park anywhere in the city for the most part except for CH.

Dude is awesome looking and I think he lives right there around you.

This area is definitely awesome. The food around here is great from Altura to Samurai Noodle even down to just grabbing a quick slice at Pags.

I'm very glad to have chosen this area.

My apartment is hidden away so I don't see the street. I need to see this dude.

Have you tried Taco Chukis? I basically lived off that shite this summer. And that place right next to Montana where they do Thai is good. And Pags is great for drunk food. i hit that up while I'm at the Roanoke every time I'm there.

Chukis is possibly the best tacos I've ever had. Their napolitos (cactus) is outstanding.

Americana has good brunch right there too.

Thread on here a few months back about someone that moved there and couldn't get rid of homeless people under his window.
