I mean what kind of person just casually passes up a toddler on a little car, going against the flow of traffic? I'd like to think I'd stop and get the kid out of the road at a minimum. I mean what kind of shite must you see every day for this to be so casual?

Do you remember the video from a few years ago where the toddler was run over on the road. It was still alive and people just walked by it. Horrifying.

It's not "most Asians". It's generally more prevalent in China, and it has to do more so with their liability laws.
