So tidy now. It's going to look worse after someone pulls the bottom ones down and the top ones up. Messing up a really neat job.

Oh, what a fricking load of horse shite. Tell those people to go frick themselves. That panel was wired TO CODE in a professional and workmanlike manner. I've been doing this shite for 20 years, and that's a damn fine looking panel. BR inspectors office only started nitpicking us for wiring neutrals like that a couple years ago. If I were you, I'd tell them to lump it. It was code when the house was built. If they want to upgrade it, they can pay for it. fricking home inspectors...

You sound like you know what you're talking about, but the inspector is right, a f'd up neutral will burn down a house, or at least destroy a bunch of electronics.
