Let's talk about cat calls

Was driving by the lakes the other day and there were 2 OT 8's running. The car in front of me slows down and the passenger tries to talk to them. The girls ignore him and after some time, I have to lay on the horn to get the car to move. The question I have is;
Ladies: Have you ever hooked up with a stranger that spoke to you from a car?
Guys: Have you ever hooked up with a stranger that you spoke to from a car?
Or is cat calling just trashy and annoying?

Sometimes when I'm driving down the road and notice a women that's not very attractive I'll still give her a honk just to make her day and feel good about herself. I call them honkies....
