It's no skin off my back. He and his clique don't like me. That's nothing new. They've hated me for years and feel compelled to follow me around like this all the time. And yes, I give them back the same crap they give me. I find it to be fun. But I'd never wish actual harm or especially death on anyone here for any reason.

Yep. It doesn't bother me the cops overreacted, and I'm not even that suprised the DA would grandstand and go way over the line in charging people. And the fact the State of Texas is allowing the DA to bring his cases before a judge who just happens to be his old law partner doesn't shock me too bad.
What does terrify me are the people who think all of it is OK. It tells me this country is further gone than I'd thought. Forget government of the people, for the people, and by the people. Forget innocent until proven guilty. Forget equal protection under the law. Hell, forget the rule of law itself. All of these things are being mocked in Waco, Texas.
And laugh all you want, it's just a bunch of Bikers after all. But keep in mind that if the government can decide one group of people are an enemy of the state and needs to be crushed, they can decide and act on any group. Right now it's an activist DA and judge who hate Bikers. What happens when it's an activist DA and judge who hate Christians, or conservatives, or gun owners? What's happening in Waco isn't about Bikers. It's about preserving our constitutional rights because right now those are being denied to over 100 innocent American citizen. And if they can deny these rights to them, they can deny them to you and me.
