tl;dr - It's just a prototype and takes a shitload of hours to learn, but it's a damned good first step.

Give this another 10-15 years of development and you could have something that could fix lots of traffic problems (as well as create new ones).

Can you imagine the lawsuit if Little Timmy snuck onto it, flew up around 200 feet then fell off and splatted onto the interstate?
If/When these ever make it to market they need to have an ironclad contract where the purchaser assumes responsibility for deaths due to their misuse of the thing.
