Legal cannabis (CBD) in all 50 states

Strange email titled "Cannabis Gummies" hits my inbox today. I went to the site, but I don't know enough about this stuff to tell if this is legit or not. I know that the OT is pretty much pro-legalization, and I agree.

I got the email too. It's legit. You can order in bulk and sell to friends if you get a permit from your local police station.

Doing some digging, that website was created on 1/19/17, so no way I would give my credit card info to a two month old site.
But, to your actual question CBD is only questionably legal. Google it. But there are places you can buy it from, including in New Orleans. But, that doesn't make it any more or less legal.
