Update: Zero repercussions. Kind of dissapointed life keeps enabling me like this

There's a good chance that it will make you sick. That is long past the time that bacteria starts to grow on food left out. I'd probably eat it anyway though if it were me.

Way past the 2 hour - 40 - 140 rule.

cooked food is only allowed to stay within the temperature range of 40 to 140 degrees for a total of two hours before spoilage. After that, toss it.
