Seriously...frick this place. Been waiting 30 minutes to pay for an invoice/pick up a bathtub because no one is available to bring the invoice to the receptionist.

this may come as a surprise to you but many businesses in town that have been dealing with flood related business have been strapped since the day they were able to get back to work. imagine your job being multiplied 20x over night and how hard it is to keep up. i highly doubt they dont want your money or for you to have you materials. take a deep breath and chill out. people are doing the best that they can to get people into their homes and the majority of those people only complain (like yourself). give them a break.

They have been busy lately unfortunately you have to be patient and wait. I have commercial accounts and just have my stuff delivered to the job site at the end of the day it is cheaper than fighting traffic and lines.

Those typically have slow service, and could potentially be overwhelmed with orders from the flood victims.
