Lauberge promenade flooding

Some asshat thought it would be a good idea to kick a urinal or toilet off the wall in the mens bathroom. Broke the water pipe and the shutoff valve.

Promenade with a hard A is a square dancing term. Soft A is for a big, open area like in the pic.
