I feel like my first reaction would be to GTFO of that truck vs taking a picture and posting to social media. Wtf

That's terrible.

What would be the best course of action in that scenario? Stay in the car and hope you don't sink to the bottom of a river or roll down the window and try to swim?

Regardless, tweeting isn't something I would be thinking about during that moment.

Yes, I'd GTFO while I could still roll the window down or open the door. If you get out, you at least have a fighting chance.

I would open the window and get out before it got up to window level. Get on top of the vehicle and ride it to the point that I could grab onto something that would lead to higher ground (tree limbs, etc.)

I can't fathom getting to that point where he is at without getting out.. water halfway up the window.
