I always wonder....can I give a warning to someone to keep their dogs out of my yard and if they dont head the warning can I file a report for trespassing?

There was a kid that used to do this around campus after hours when I was in high school. They were called the poop bandit.

The real pros go ahead and poop ahead of time and bring it to the location, then put it out. No popping a squat, and having to worry about wiping properly. Plus you an take a spray bottle to rehydrate it some to make it look fresh.
