Keans dry cleaning is the absolute worst

So I drop off a ton of clothes to be dry cleaned on Wednesday. Wednesday has always been half off, in sets of threes, for the past 6-7 years I've used them. I drop off once a month every month.
I come to pick up today, and no discount. I'm informed that the Wednesday special is only pre pay now. A "new" thing. Even though I've been a regular years, they neglect to inform customers. NOT to mention they never allow me to prepay, they make me pay upon pickup, so I quit asking.
Absolute shadiness and pathetic. Will never go back.

I quit going to Keans a while back. The majority of the time my shite came back with more spots on it than when I brought it in. Not to mention they're high as frick
ETA: they were constantly losing buttons off my shirts too and then I brought them in to be repaired they wanted to charge me

Yes they constantly break buttons but I've been fortunate thus far. Screw there shady policy's and poor customer service

The one by Calvins is horrible and they're rude, but it's the most convenient for me so I continue to use it. Guess I can't complain too much haha.

They "misplaced" a fair amount of a friend's clothes. I think they offered him a measly $50 for restitution. I think he threatend to sue them, but I don't believe anything ever came of it.
